GENTLE YOGA


Gentle yoga is for anyone new, getting back, or looking to start yoga. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, listening to the rhythm of your breath to set your movement.  For all levels and ages. YES! You can do this!

POWER YOGA VINYASA FLOW


In order to take this class you should consider yourself an intermediate-advanced student and be injury free. Class moves at an accelerated pace offering challenging poses, including balance-poses, back bends, and inversions (always optional).  Sun Salutations are followed by creative and unique sequencing offering you a new class every time you attend. Bring a towel, prepare to sweat. If you consider yourself an athlete, but have never done yoga-you could try this class, but know you won't do everything you see others doing.

RESTORATIVE YOGA


Restorative Yoga is for everyone regardless of other yoga experience. Classes involves poses that are supported by props and held for 3-5 minutes  allowing you to completely relax and rest. Most classes are done completely on the floor and many say they feel like they've made a massage when leaving.  

VINYASA FLOW LEVEL ONE


Appropriate for any beginner in reasonably fit condition who can easily move from standing to a seated position. You will be introduced to and learn the Sun Salutations. Detailed instruction is given on proper alignment as concepts and ideas are offered as tools to wick away stress in order to find more ease in the physical body and more peace and joy for the busy brain.
