Sushila fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago and has benefited personally from her practice by finding inner peace, balance and a sense of well-being, which she is dedicated to share with her students. Sushila completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training in Hatha Yoga at the 8 Limbs Yoga Center in Seattle. Fueled by devotion and curiosity, she immersed in the 500-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Training with Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City and soon after completed the 200-Hour Kundalini Yoga Training led by Yogi Bhajan at Yoga Village in Clearwater, Florida. She just completed Aerial Yoga training from Yogamoves at St. Petersburg, Florida.
Sushila has been teaching from 2010. Sushila remains an avid student. With endless energy, she continues to take classes and workshops from a variety of teachers to broaden her knowledge. Her classes include dynamic asana, in which she encourages students to challenge themselves and overcome fear and trepidation with compassion and kindness, pranayama, meditation and mantra to draw the mind inward toward union with the divine.
